2. Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the webshop of Wind is the Cure.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Products
We aim to display all products as accurately as possible. However:
- Colors may differ slightly due to screen settings
- Minor variations in design or material may occur
All products are subject to availability. Limited drops may sell out.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT (BTW).
Shipping costs are:
- Calculated at checkout
- Clearly displayed before completing the order
Wind is the Cure reserves the right to change prices at any time, but orders will always be charged at the price shown at checkout.
5. Orders & Agreement
An agreement is formed when:
- The customer places an order, and
- The order is confirmed via email
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of:
- Incorrect pricing
- Suspicion of fraud
- Stock errors
6. Payment
Payment must be completed immediately via the available payment methods (e.g. iDEAL, credit card, etc.).
Orders will only be processed after successful payment.
7. Delivery
We aim to ship orders within 2–5 working days, unless stated otherwise.
Delivery details:
- Shipping via third-party carriers
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
Wind is the Cure is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.
8. Pre-orders
For pre-order items:
- Delivery times may be longer
- Estimated shipping dates are indicated on the product page
By purchasing a pre-order item, the customer agrees to the extended delivery time.
9. Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
Conditions:
- The withdrawal period starts on the day the product is received
- The product must be returned unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached

10. Returns & Refunds
After withdrawal:
- The customer has 14 days to return the product
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect
Refunds:
- Will be issued within 14 days after receiving the return
- Include the original purchase price (excluding shipping costs unless legally required)
11. Warranty & Complaints
We comply with Dutch legal warranty (wettelijke garantie).
This means:
- Products must meet reasonable expectations
- Defective products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded

We aim to respond within 5 working days.
12. Liability
Wind is the Cure is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Misuse of products
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

All content on this website (including designs, logos, and text) is the property of Wind is the Cure.
It is not permitted to copy, use, or distribute without written permission.
14. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG).
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
16. Additional Provisions
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully applicable.
17. Discount Codes
- Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise
- Codes cannot be exchanged for cash
18. Limited Drops
- Products may be limited in quantity
- No guarantee of restocks
