Returns & refund policy
We want you to feel good wearing Wind is the Cure.
If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
1. Return Period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. How to Return
To start a return, contact us at:
Please include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return (optional, helps us improve)
You will receive return instructions after contacting us.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method
If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return costs.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be refunded within 14 days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are only refunded if legally required
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size or item:
- Return your item
- Place a new order
This ensures the fastest processing.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include photos so we can resolve it quickly.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Worn or used items
- Items without tags
- Items damaged by misuse
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your payment provider
- Then contact us at info@coolsmedia.nl
10. Legal Right of Withdrawal
This policy does not affect your legal right of withdrawal under Dutch law.
